Returns and refunds
– Khader Al Attar guarantees that the product will be delivered in the same condition as stated on the sales page.
– Khader Al Attar is responsible for the delivery of the products to the same specifications that you have specified when ordering.
– If you wish to return your order, please contact us and explain the reason for returning your order and we will respond to you and take you through the steps to return your order.
– If a return request is authorised, the product must be in its original condition and must be returned within the period specified by Kheder Al Attar and notified to you. Otherwise the product will not be returned.
– Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
– Kheder Al Attar guarantees defects caused by faulty shipping only.
– If a damaged order is received from the shipping company, it must be reported within two days from the date of receipt (including holidays and official holidays) in order for the necessary action to be taken. If this is not done within the prescribed period, the complaint will not be processed.
– Refunds are made in the same way you made your payment.
– The refund to your credit card is processed within 5 to 10 working days according to the bank, which is responsible for the entire process, not Khader Al Attar.
– The number for any credit card transaction will not be available from us.
– Some damage may occur to the product packaging as a result of the shipping process, in this case, Kheder Al Attar will not be responsible for returning the item or refunding its value as long as the product is intact.
